I love working with csv or tsv files. You can gather so much data in one location, and visualize it really well, before importing it into Premiere for use.
I would say about 90% of the additional scripting/extension work that I do on the side involves really customized workflows, that can benefit from using information the company or individual ALREADY HAS in a csv format.
